I got this for my kids–one plays football and the other plays baseball. We (I use it also) attach a chain to it and pull in the street in front of the house. It doesn’t take long to wind you, and the leg (strength) benefits are definitely there.

The padding for your shoulders feel great and comfortable when pulling. I have had this product for a while now and it is still usable, still works. I would shop around for others that may fit you better or what you are looking for in a sled harness, but I do recommend this one. Try not to over do it and always train safe.
